Armani Group has appointed Klaus Bierbrauer as deputy managing director and chief supply chain and industrial officer, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to refine global operations. In his new role, Bierbrauer will report directly to Giuseppe Marsocci, chief executive officer of the group.

Before joining Armani, Bierbrauer served as chief supply chain and industrial officer at Burberry, where he oversaw global supply chain operations and product development. He also spent more than twenty years at Kering, holding senior leadership positions across major luxury labels including Gucci and Saint Laurent.

The appointment follows another recent executive move by Armani, with Matteo Mascazzini named CEO of Giorgio Armani Corporation for the Americas earlier this year
